Rathnam is a bold housewife who openly expresses her problems without caring for others feelings. Rathnam is very possesive about her husband. She might seem as a character with negative shades, but she does everything right from her point of view. She boldly faces her mother-in-law without having the hesitations of a bride of that time.”
